The Fox Shocks Performance Series 2.0 Coil-Over Snap Ring IFP shock is engineered for superior performance in various driving conditions. This shock features a lightweight, rust-resistant aluminum body that is precision impact-extruded and CNC machined, ensuring durability and longevity. The internal nitrogen-charged gas reservoir, separated by an internal floating piston, prevents oil and gas mixing, which enhances the shock's performance compared to traditional twin tube designs.
Designed for easy installation, this shock allows for the reuse of the original equipment coil spring and mounting hardware, making it a practical choice for vehicle-specific applications. With three predetermined preload settings, users can select between 0 Inch, 1 Inch, or 2 Inch of lift, providing versatility for different driving needs. The race-developed high-flow piston design and application-specific valving maximize performance, ensuring a comfortable ride on the road and reliable handling off-road.
The shock's construction includes a 5/8 Inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft and a redundant sealing pack system that enhances reliability. The clear-anodized finish not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the shock's resistance to corrosion over time. This product is a single unit, designed for vehicle-specific applications, and does not include a remote reservoir or shock boots.
