This shock absorber incorporates an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design that effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber. This design minimizes oil aeration, allowing for maximum performance from the precision valving. The high flow damping piston, combined with application-specific valving, delivers a consistent ride quality that can handle rough terrains with ease.
Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, the shock absorber is both lightweight and robust, featuring a clear-anodized finish for added protection. The 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft contributes to its strength and reliability. With no adjustable valving and a vehicle-specific design, this shock absorber is engineered for optimal performance in its intended applications.
