The Fox Shocks 2.0 Performance Series IFP is engineered to elevate the performance of trucks and SUVs through advanced shock technology. This shock features a hydraulic and nitrogen gas charged design that ensures a smooth on-road experience while providing reliable off-road handling in challenging conditions. The precision metal impact aluminum body enhances cooling capacity and is resistant to rust, ensuring durability over time.
At the core of the 2.0 Performance Series is the Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design, which effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber. This separation minimizes oil aeration, allowing for maximum performance from the factory-tuned precision valving. The race-developed high flow damping piston, combined with application-specific valving, delivers predictable ride quality, making it suitable for rough terrains.
Constructed with high-quality materials, the shock features a 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft and a body made from 6061-T6 aluminum. The shock is designed with a redundant sealing pack system to ensure longevity and performance. Additionally, the use of JM92 advanced suspension fluid allows for improved performance across varying temperatures, making this shock a reliable choice for diverse driving conditions.
