The Fox Shocks 2.0 Performance Series IFP shock is engineered to elevate the performance of trucks and SUVs. Utilizing race-proven damping control, this shock provides a smooth on-road experience while ensuring reliable off-road handling in challenging conditions. The precision metal impact aluminum body enhances cooling capacity and is resistant to rust, ensuring longevity and durability.
This shock features an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design that effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber. This design minimizes oil aeration, allowing for optimal performance from the factory-tuned precision valving. The high flow damping piston, combined with application-specific valving, delivers predictable ride quality, making it suitable for various road conditions.
Constructed with a 2.0 inch metal impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body, the shock is clear-anodized for a durable finish. The components are crafted from black-anodized, CNC-machined aluminum, while the 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft ensures strength and reliability. The advanced sealing system and JM92 suspension fluid further enhance performance across a range of temperatures.
