The Fox Shocks 2.0 Performance Series Coil Over is engineered for superior performance and durability. Featuring a precision metal impact extruded aluminum body, this shock absorber enhances cooling capacity while resisting rust over time. The vehicle-specific upper mount is designed with a composite bushing that effectively isolates noise and vibration, contributing to a smoother ride experience.
This coil-over shock is equipped with locking spring preload rings that facilitate easy ride height and preload adjustments, allowing for a lift of 0 to 2 inches. The internal reservoir utilizes an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design, which separates the shock oil from the nitrogen-charged gas chamber, minimizing oil aeration and maximizing performance. The application-specific valving is tailored to optimize the shock's performance for both on-road comfort and off-road handling.
Installation is straightforward, as the Performance Series Coil Over bolts on without the need for modifications, making it suitable for both stock and lifted trucks. The shock's robust construction includes a 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft and a redundant sealing pack system, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding conditions. This product is designed to enhance the overall driving experience by providing predictable handling and improved ride quality.
