The Flowmaster Exhaust Muffler 50 Series Delta Flow features a unique three chamber design that incorporates Flowmaster's Delta Flow technology. This design, along with an internal tuning chamber, effectively reduces sound levels inside the vehicle while maintaining the desired performance and exterior tone characteristics. The muffler is constructed from 16 gauge 409S stainless steel, ensuring maximum durability and longevity through fully MIG welded seams.
With a moderate sound output and mild interior resonance, this muffler is an excellent choice for street rod cars and trucks. It is engineered to improve horsepower, torque, and overall engine efficiency, making it a practical addition to any performance exhaust system. The semi-universal fit allows for easier installation, although modifications to the exhaust system may be necessary.
Measuring 9-3/4 inches in width and 4 inches in height, the muffler features a single 2-1/4 inch offset inlet and a single 2-1/4 inch center outlet. The overall length of the muffler is 23 inches, with a body length of 17 inches, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The silver bare finish adds a sleek look to the exhaust system.
