The Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back Exhaust System is designed for the 2025 RAM 1500, compatible with both Standard and High Output engines. Constructed from 409 stainless steel, this exhaust system ensures longevity and reliable performance. It features dual 3 inch inlet pipes that lead into a custom tuned American Thunder series muffler, providing an aggressive yet moderate exhaust tone while maximizing exhaust flow.
This system includes Flowmaster's exclusive Scavenger X-Pipe with D-Port technology, which enhances exhaust pulse velocity for improved performance. The dual 3 inch mandrel-bent tailpipes exit through the factory bumper cutouts, complemented by 4.5 inch black ceramic coated tips for a custom appearance. Tuned resonators are integrated into the tailpipe assemblies to maintain a comfortable sound level inside the cab.
With potential gains of up to 35 horsepower and 33 feet-pounds of torque at the rear wheels, this exhaust system significantly enhances the vehicle's performance. It utilizes all factory hanger locations and connections, allowing for straightforward installation at home. The kit includes all necessary hardware and detailed installation instructions, making it accessible for DIY enthusiasts.
