This hook features the industry's first Closed System Shackle Mount hole, enhancing safety during winching by allowing for a secure connection. The design includes a safety latch retraction pocket that provides a clear throat opening, along with an integrated secondary safety latch locking feature that ensures the latch remains securely in place during operation.
Constructed from lightweight 7000 Series military-grade aluminum, this winch hook is precision CNC machined for durability and performance. It includes EPDM rubber pads that protect the fairlead surface, preventing metal-to-metal contact that could cause damage. The double locking safety clasp and finger grip feature promote proper hook orientation, making it easier to use in various winching scenarios.
The Factor 55 Winch Clevis Hook is designed for compatibility with both steel cables and synthetic winch ropes, eliminating the need for rope splicing. With a maximum load capacity of 10000 pounds and a breaking strength of 21000 pounds, this hook is built to handle demanding tasks while ensuring safety and reliability.
