The Factor 55 Winch Cable Shackle Mount is a cutting-edge solution designed to replace conventional winch hooks with a more secure and efficient FlatLink shackle thimble and D-ring. This innovative product features a foldable design that measures less than 1-3/4 inches in thickness, making it compatible with all roller fairlead license plate mounting brackets. The FlatLink is engineered to accommodate both steel cables and synthetic winch ropes up to 3/8 inch in diameter, ensuring versatility in various recovery scenarios.
Constructed from lightweight 6000 series aluminum, the FlatLink is precision CNC machined for durability and performance. It utilizes a titanium double shear pin design, which eliminates the need for splicing and enhances the security of the connection. The integrated EPDM rubber guards provide protection for alloy fairleads, ensuring that the winching equipment remains in optimal condition during use.
With a load capacity of 16,000 pounds, the FlatLink is designed to handle demanding recovery tasks. The oval hole opening allows for easy connection to the pin ends of 7/8 inch and 1 inch screw pin shackles, as well as the pin or bow end of common 3/4 inch screw pin shackles. This versatility makes it an essential tool for both recreational and professional winching applications.
