The Factor 55 ProLink XXL is engineered as the largest and strongest winch shackle mount available, designed to replace conventional winch hooks with a more secure screw pin shackle or D-ring. This mount is constructed from high-quality 6000 series billet aluminum, ensuring durability and strength for demanding applications. With a working load limit of 24,000 pounds and an ultimate failure rating exceeding 63,000 pounds, the ProLink XXL is suitable for both steel cables and synthetic winch ropes up to 1/2 inch in diameter.
Incorporating advanced design features, the ProLink XXL includes a 3/4 inch diameter grade 5 titanium double shear pin for added reliability. The base is protected by a barbed high durometer EPDM rubber guard, enhancing its resilience against wear and tear. This product is compatible with common 3/4 inch and 7/8 inch shackles, making it versatile for various winching needs.
Manufactured in the USA, the ProLink XXL undergoes rigorous testing and optimization using the latest 3D CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure the highest quality standards.
