The Factor 55 ProLink XXL is the largest and most robust winch shackle mount available, designed to replace conventional winch hooks with a safer and stronger screw pin shackle or D-ring. This mount is engineered for military-grade applications, boasting a working load limit of 24,000 pounds and an ultimate failure rating exceeding 63,000 pounds. Constructed from 6000 series billet aluminum, the ProLink XXL features a 3/4 inch diameter 6Al-4V titanium double shear pin, ensuring durability and reliability under extreme conditions.
The ProLink XXL is compatible with both steel cables and synthetic winch ropes up to 1/2 inch in diameter, making it versatile for various winching needs. It accommodates common 3/4 inch shackles as well as larger 7/8 inch shackles, providing flexibility for different setups. The base is protected by a barbed high durometer EPDM rubber guard, enhancing its longevity and performance.
