The Factor 55 ProLink XXL is the largest and most robust winch shackle mount available, designed to replace conventional winch hooks with a safer and stronger screw pin shackle or D-ring. This mount is engineered for military-grade applications, boasting a working load limit of 24,000 pounds and an ultimate failure rating exceeding 63,000 pounds. Constructed from 6000 series billet aluminum, the ProLink XXL features a 3/4 inch diameter titanium double shear pin, ensuring durability and reliability under extreme conditions.
The ProLink XXL is compatible with both 1/2 inch steel cables and synthetic winch ropes, making it versatile for various winching needs. It accommodates common 3/4 inch and larger 7/8 inch shackles, providing flexibility for different setups. The base is protected by a high durometer EPDM rubber guard, which enhances its longevity and performance in rugged environments.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, the ProLink XXL undergoes rigorous testing and optimization using advanced 3D CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Each design is subjected to destructive testing to ensure the highest quality and performance standards. Available in five anodized colors, including red, the ProLink XXL combines functionality with aesthetic appeal.
