The Factor 55 FlatLink XTV is a robust winch cable shackle mount designed for UTV and ATV winch systems. This innovative product replaces traditional winch hooks with a secure shackle and D-Ring, minimizing the risk of fraying recovery straps and preventing strap ends from escaping during winching operations. The FlatLink XTV is compatible with both steel cables and synthetic ropes up to 5/16 inch, ensuring versatility in various recovery scenarios.
Constructed from precision-machined 6000 series aluminum and 6Al-4V titanium, the FlatLink XTV features a maximum load capacity of 8000 pounds and an ultimate failure rating exceeding 28,000 pounds. The design includes a 7/16 inch diameter titanium double shear pin and an internal snap ring for secure cable retention. Additionally, the EPDM rubber guards protect alloy fairleads and cushion line stowage, enhancing the overall durability of the system.

It is designed to stow neatly against roller or Hawse type fairleads and is compatible with standard 1/2 to 5/8 inch shackles.
