By replacing the factory ball joint upper arms, these components are designed to withstand the rigors of aggressive offroad use, ensuring longevity and reliability. The use of high-quality 1 Inch FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniball bearings allows for increased travel without bind, enhancing overall performance.
These upper control arms feature increased caster, which improves steering effort when using oversized tires. The robust construction, utilizing 1-1/4 Inch outer diameter 0.120 Inch wall 4130 Chromoly tubing, minimizes flex compared to stock arms, resulting in a more positive road feel. Additionally, the arms are equipped with urethane bushings that reduce road noise and deflection, further enhancing the driving experience.
Designed for compatibility with Fabtech Motorsports Lift Kit K3171, these upper control arms are a significant upgrade for both stock and lifted suspension systems. The 17-4 heat-treated uniball pin fits seamlessly into the factory ball joint taper, allowing for easy reversion to stock if necessary. With features like a billet uniball cap to keep debris out and 0.250 wall DOM bushing barrels for added strength, these components are built to perform in demanding conditions.
