The Fabtech Motorsports lift kit suspension is designed for the GM 3500HD, providing a 3-1/2 inch lift in both the front and rear. This lift kit allows for the installation of larger 35 inch tires, enhancing off-road capabilities while maintaining a level stance for an aggressive appearance. The kit includes heavy-duty tubular upper control arms that replace the factory components, featuring a high travel oversized ball joint for increased strength and durability on rugged terrains.
Included in the kit are Fabtech's Stealth monotube shock absorbers, which are engineered for both highway comfort and off-road performance. These shocks feature a Nitrocarb piston rod that offers corrosion resistance and protection against rock chipping. The design ensures that the ball joint angle is optimized for full travel without binding, allowing for a smooth ride across various surfaces.
This suspension system also incorporates heavy-duty forged torsion bar keys and provides an additional 1 degree of caster built into the design. The combination of these features results in improved handling and stability, making it suitable for both daily driving and off-road adventures. The installation hardware, including rear lift blocks and U-bolts, is included for a complete setup.
