Constructed from aluminum and featuring a black bright-dip anodized finish, these fittings provide excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making them suitable for use with today's harsh fuels. The unique brazed bent tube design ensures superior strength while the special retention bead securely holds the hose under pressure without damaging the hose liner.
Assembly of the hose to the fitting is straightforward, requiring only the cutting of the hose, pushing it onto the fitting, and tightening the clamps. This socketless design simplifies installation and maintenance, allowing for a secure connection with minimal effort. The inclusion of an O-ring further enhances the sealing capability, ensuring a leak-free operation.
Earl's Vapor Guard hose end fittings are available in a 90-degree angle, making them versatile for various applications. With a size of 3/8 inch (-6 AN), they are compatible with a range of hoses and can be paired with single or dual ear crimp style and screw style stainless steel hose clamps for added security.
