The Diode Dynamics C2 2.0 LED Pod represents the next generation of compact LED lighting, designed for various applications including roof racks, roll bars, and bumpers. This pod features a newly redesigned copper-core circuit board that enhances thermal efficiency and overall performance, allowing for a significant increase in light output. With a compact size of 3.3 inches in width and 2 inches in height, it delivers an impressive 3960 raw lumens while maintaining a low power draw of 2.3 amps at 12.8 volts.
The C2 2.0 utilizes patented TIR optics that have been re-engineered to provide up to 120 percent more intensity compared to its predecessor, the C2 1.0. This technology ensures that light is directed precisely where it is needed, minimizing glare and maximizing efficiency. The pod is available in multiple power levels, with the Max power level utilizing Osram HX Boost LEDs for superior brightness in a compact form factor.
Additionally, the C2 2.0 includes a distinctive amber backlight feature that serves as a low-power accent light, enhancing its modern aesthetic. The robust black aluminum housing is powder-coated for durability and designed to dissipate heat effectively, ensuring optimal performance in various conditions. This set of two LED pods comes with all necessary mounting hardware and Deutsch-style wire pigtails for easy installation.
