The Dexter Marine Trailer Axle is engineered for strength and longevity, featuring a straight axle design with a capacity of 3500 pounds. Its 91-1/4 inch hub face to face length and 96 inch overall length make it suitable for various trailer configurations. The axle is constructed from a 2 inch galvanized square tube, providing superior resistance to corrosion, particularly in marine environments.
This axle incorporates a Super Lube system, which includes convenient zerk fittings at the ends of the spindles, allowing for straightforward greasing and re-greasing of the hubs. The stainless steel wear sleeves on each spindle enhance durability, while the slight camber in the welds contributes to improved performance. Additionally, the pre-drilled 5/16 inch drain hole aids in moisture management, further extending the axle's lifespan.
