The Derale Coolant Fan Temperature Switch is engineered for precision and reliability in managing electric fan operations. This dual fan controller features an adjustable activation range from 150 to 240 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing for customized temperature settings based on specific cooling requirements. The design includes a thread-in 3/8 inch NPT probe and an air conditioning override circuit, enhancing its versatility in various applications.
Constructed with a die cast aluminum housing that boasts a bright finish, this controller is built to withstand demanding conditions while maintaining optimal performance. It activates the first fan at the user-defined temperature, with a second fan engaging when the temperature rises by an additional 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Each fan will deactivate at 10 degrees Fahrenheit below its activation temperature, ensuring efficient cooling management.
The kit comes complete with a wiring harness, fusible link, and all necessary electrical connectors, making installation straightforward. Illustrated wiring and mounting instructions are included to facilitate a seamless setup process.
