This innovative braking system is the only one that meets Total Coach Protection safety regulations, ensuring compliance with DOT and chassis standards. The Air Force One system operates without moving parts, which enhances durability and reliability over time.
Utilizing a patented process, the Air Force One system energizes the towed vehicle's power brakes through a pilot signal from the coach's air brake system, providing 100 percent direct proportional braking. This unique feature eliminates the need for an electronic vacuum pump, simplifying installation and operation. In the event of a separation between the coach and the towed vehicle, the system is designed to seal the coach's air supply, enhancing safety.
Included in the kit are essential components such as air lines, a wireless Coachlink, and a coiled air hose, all of which facilitate a straightforward installation process. The estimated installation time is approximately two hours, making it a practical choice for RV owners looking to enhance their towing capabilities.
