Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel, this tank is finished with a protective white powder coat to enhance durability and resist corrosion. Its narrow rectangular shape allows for efficient use of space in your truck bed, making it easier to transport fluids without sacrificing cargo capacity.
This transfer tank incorporates a radius curve design that eliminates key welding points, enhancing its structural integrity. To address the common issue of fluid surging during transport, the tank is equipped with three stability baffles that minimize sloshing, ensuring safer handling on the road. Additionally, the tank includes a locking vent cap for secure closure and peace of mind during transport.
With dimensions of 9.7 inches in length, 56 inches in width, and 19 inches in height, the Dee Zee Liquid Transfer Tank is semi-universal and can be mounted securely in most truck beds. It is important to note that this tank is not DOT approved for the transport of fuel or flammable liquids and should not be used as an auxiliary fuel tank.
