The CSF Radiator is engineered for high performance cooling, featuring a robust aluminum core with plastic tanks. With core dimensions of 34 inches in length, 16-7/16 inches in height, and 7/8 inch in depth, this radiator is designed to fit a variety of applications. It includes a high performance transmission cooler and an engine oil cooler, ensuring efficient heat dissipation under demanding conditions.

Constructed with OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core technology, the tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability. The radiator is equipped with special grade EPDM rubber gaskets that can withstand extreme temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. Each unit is 100 percent leak tested at 150 percent of operating pressure before leaving the factory, ensuring reliability and performance.

The design incorporates a welded type or latest generation B-tube design for optimal fluid flow, complemented by a high performance multi-louvered fin design that meets OEM specifications. The inlet and outlet hose connections are strategically located for easy installation, with sizes of 1-5/16 inch for the top left inlet and 1-9/16 inch for the bottom right outlet.
