The CSF Radiator features a robust aluminum core construction with OEM specified plastic tanks, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Engineered with virgin grade engineered plastic resins, the tanks are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability, making them capable of withstanding extreme temperatures. This radiator is designed with a crossflow flow direction and includes a high performance transmission cooler with a built-in turbulator, when applicable, to improve cooling efficiency.

Each radiator undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, ensuring reliability and performance. The welded type or latest generation B-tube design, combined with a high performance multi-louvered fin design, maximizes heat dissipation. With a core dimension of 24-1/8 inches in length, 20-1/2 inches in height, and 1-1/4 inches in depth, this single row radiator is engineered for a precise fit and optimal cooling capacity.
