The CSF Radiator is engineered for optimal cooling performance, featuring a robust aluminum core with plastic tanks. This radiator is designed with a downflow configuration and includes a high performance transmission cooler, ensuring effective heat dissipation for various automotive applications. The construction utilizes OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core technology, enhancing strength and longevity under extreme conditions.

Manufactured with virgin grade engineered plastic resins, the tanks are glass filled for added durability. The radiator is equipped with special grade EPDM rubber gaskets that can withstand temperatures as low as -120 degrees Fahrenheit. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, ensuring reliability and performance.

The design incorporates advanced features such as welded type or the latest generation B-tube design for the tubes, and a high performance multi-louvered fin design that meets OEM specifications.
