The CSF Radiator is engineered for optimal cooling performance, featuring a robust aluminum core with plastic tanks. With core dimensions of 15-13/16 inches in length, 29-1/16 inches in height, and a depth of 7/8 inches, this radiator is designed for downflow applications. It includes a high performance transmission cooler and an engine oil cooler, ensuring effective heat management in demanding conditions.

Constructed with OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core technology, the tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability. The radiator is equipped with special grade EPDM rubber gaskets that can withstand extreme temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. Each unit is 100 percent leak tested at 150 percent of operating pressure before leaving the factory, ensuring reliability and performance.

The design incorporates welded type tubes or the latest generation B-tube design, along with a high performance multi-louvered fin configuration that meets OEM specifications.
