The CSF Radiator features a robust aluminum core with plastic tanks, engineered for high performance and durability. With core dimensions of 19-7/8 inches in length, 20 inches in height, and a depth of 1-1/4 inches, this radiator is designed to fit a variety of applications. It includes a high performance transmission cooler and an engine oil cooler, ensuring efficient heat dissipation under demanding conditions.

Constructed with OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core technology, the tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are glass filled for added strength. The radiator is equipped with special grade EPDM rubber gaskets that can withstand extreme temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. The welded type or latest generation B-tube design enhances fluid flow, while the multi-louvered fins provide superior cooling performance.

Each CSF radiator undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, ensuring reliability and longevity.
