The tanks are constructed from virgin grade engineered plastic resins, reinforced with glass filling for enhanced strength and durability. Each unit is equipped with gaskets made from special grade EPDM rubber, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -120 degrees Fahrenheit. The innovative multi-louvered fin design maximizes airflow, contributing to the radiator's overall performance.
Every CSF radiator undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, ensuring that each unit meets strict quality standards before leaving the factory. Additionally, the inclusion of a high performance transmission cooler with a built-in turbulator, when applicable, further enhances the cooling capabilities of this radiator.
