The radiator is constructed with OEM specified plastic tanks made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins, which are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability. It incorporates high performance features such as a multi-louvered fin design and welded tube construction, ensuring maximum airflow and cooling efficiency. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, to guarantee reliability and performance.
Additionally, the gaskets are made from special grade EPDM rubber, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures down to -120 degrees Fahrenheit. The design also includes a high performance transmission cooler with a built-in turbulator, when applicable, further enhancing the cooling capabilities of the radiator.
