This specific radiator features a crossflow design with an aluminum core, providing effective heat dissipation. The construction includes OEM specified plastic tanks made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins, which are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability.

The radiator is equipped with a top left inlet and a bottom right outlet, facilitating efficient fluid flow. It is built to withstand extreme temperatures, with gaskets made from special grade EPDM rubber that can endure conditions as low as -120 degrees Fahrenheit. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, being 100 percent leak tested at 150 percent of operating pressure before leaving the factory.

With a drop-in fit and all components installed, torqued, and tested during assembly, this radiator is designed for easy installation. The high performance multi-louvered fins and the latest generation B-tube design contribute to its superior cooling capabilities, making it a reliable choice for maintaining optimal engine temperatures.
