The CSF Radiator features a robust aluminum core construction with OEM specified plastic tanks, designed for optimal cooling efficiency. Measuring 39-3/8 inches in length and 20-11/16 inches in width, this radiator is engineered to fit seamlessly into a variety of vehicle models. It incorporates a two core row design and a crossflow configuration, ensuring effective heat dissipation under demanding conditions.

Constructed with virgin grade engineered plastic resins, the tanks are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability. The radiator is equipped with high performance multi-louvered fins and utilizes a welded type or latest generation B-tube design for superior fluid flow. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, ensuring reliability and performance.
