CSF Radiators are engineered to meet high performance standards, ensuring effective cooling for various vehicle models. The aluminum core construction combined with OEM specified plastic tanks provides durability and strength, making it suitable for demanding conditions. Each radiator undergoes rigorous wind tunnel testing to validate cooling performance, ensuring reliability in various environments.

The design features a crossflow configuration with two core rows, optimizing fluid flow and heat dissipation. The inlet and outlet sizes are precisely engineered at 1-13/16 inches, facilitating a seamless fit for installation. Additionally, the high-performance multi-louvered fins enhance airflow, contributing to improved cooling efficiency.

Constructed with advanced materials, the tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are glass filled for added strength. Special grade EPDM rubber gaskets are utilized to withstand extreme temperatures, ensuring longevity and performance. Each unit is 100 percent leak tested at 150 percent of operating pressure before leaving the factory, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
