The CSF Radiator features a robust aluminum core with plastic tanks, designed for optimal cooling efficiency. With core dimensions of 23-1/2 inches in length, 18-11/16 inches in height, and 1-5/8 inches in depth, this dual-row radiator is engineered to meet high performance standards. It includes a high performance transmission cooler and an engine oil cooler, ensuring effective temperature regulation under various operating conditions.

Constructed with OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core technology, the tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are glass filled for enhanced strength and durability. The radiator is equipped with special grade EPDM rubber gaskets that can withstand extreme temperatures, making it suitable for demanding environments. Each unit is 100 percent leak tested at 150 percent of operating pressure before leaving the factory, ensuring reliability and performance.

The innovative design includes welded type or the latest generation B-tube design for improved fluid flow, along with a high performance multi-louvered fin design that maximizes heat dissipation.
