The CSF Radiator features a robust aluminum core with plastic tanks, designed for efficient heat dissipation and durability. With core dimensions of 31 inches in length, 10-15/16 inches in height, and 1-1/4 inches in depth, this single-row crossflow radiator is engineered to meet OEM specifications. It includes a high-performance transmission cooler and an engine oil cooler, ensuring optimal engine temperature management under various operating conditions.

Constructed with virgin grade engineered plastic resins, the tanks are glass-filled for enhanced strength and longevity. The radiator is equipped with special grade EPDM rubber gaskets that can withstand extreme temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, including a 100 percent leak test at 150 percent of operating pressure, ensuring reliability and performance.
