The Covercraft WeatherShield HP Car Cover is engineered for both indoor and outdoor vehicle protection, utilizing a high-performance woven polyester fabric. This innovative material features an exclusive encapsulation process developed in partnership with Nextec Applications, ensuring superior durability and weather resistance. The fabric is designed to shed water immediately upon contact, providing exceptional rain dispersion and a rapid drying time, allowing users to simply shake the cover to remove moisture.
Breathability is a key feature of the WeatherShield HP, allowing heat and moisture to escape, which helps prevent condensation buildup under the cover. This is particularly beneficial for maintaining the integrity of the vehicle's paint finish, as the silicone polymers used in the fabric's formulation are less abrasive than traditional materials like flannel. Additionally, the cover is lightweight and packs down to a third of the volume of multi-layer fabric covers, making it easy to store and transport.
The WeatherShield HP is available in a bright blue color and includes mirror pockets for a snug fit. It is designed to withstand fading from UV exposure, thanks to automotive-grade dyes that maintain their color over time. For added convenience, the cover is easy to care for, allowing for home washing and drying. Optional accessories such as a storage bag and a cable and lock kit are available to enhance the user experience.
