The Covercraft WeatherShield HD Car Cover is engineered for vehicles exposed to intense sun and long-term storage. This cover is custom-fitted to follow the exact contours of the vehicle body, ensuring optimal protection for the sheet metal while extending halfway down the tires. Unlike universal covers, the tailored design minimizes movement in windy conditions, enhancing stability and coverage.
Constructed from solution dyed woven polyester fabric, the WeatherShield HD offers superior UV opacity and water repellency. It effectively blocks dust, tree sap, and bird droppings while remaining breathable to allow moisture and heat to escape. The 300 denier fabric is 40 percent heavier than standard WeatherShield, providing double the tear and tensile strength for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
The patented immersion encapsulation process further enhances the performance of the WeatherShield HD, making it a reliable choice for vehicle protection. This cover is suitable for hatchback and fastback sedan types, and includes mirror pockets for added convenience. Optional accessories such as a storage bag and lockable cable kit are available to complement the cover's functionality.
