Installation of the Borgeson conversion requires shortening and collapsing the factory steering column by 3 inches for proper clearance. For vehicles that originally had factory power steering, a drag link adapter or a manual steering center link will be necessary. This conversion effectively eliminates the issues associated with leaky control valves, providing a more reliable and responsive steering experience.
Included in the kit are essential components such as the power steering box, power steering pump, pump bracket, pump pulley, rag joint, and hoses.
