BMR Suspension's control arm set is engineered to eliminate A-arm deflection, significantly enhancing steering feel and response for both normal and performance driving scenarios. The compact design allows for increased header clearance, accommodating larger primary tubes suitable for high-horsepower applications. With high durometer polyurethane bushings, this set provides improved strength and reduced deflection compared to stock rubber bushings, effectively balancing performance with comfort.
Designed for a variety of applications including street performance, drag racing, and pro-touring, these upper A-arms offer an additional two degrees of positive caster, which contributes to enhanced high-speed stability. When paired with BMR lower A-arms, the total positive caster can reach up to six degrees over stock, resulting in improved geometry and increased lateral grip during cornering. The revised cross shaft geometry and shorter overall length of the upper arms require less shim stack for achieving negative camber, making them suitable for lowered vehicles and those with aggressive alignments.
The control arms are constructed from laser-cut, CNC-formed plate steel for added strength and durability, and they come pre-assembled with new polyurethane bump stops and lower ball joints. The durable powder-coated black finish ensures longevity and resistance to wear, making this control arm set a reliable choice for enhancing vehicle performance.
