Compact water-resistant fuse block for reliable circuit protection
The Blue Sea Fuse Block is designed to provide water-resistant circuit protection for ATO and ATC fuses and circuit breakers. This compact unit adheres to Best Practices and ABYC standards, ensuring that every positive wire on a boat outside the engine starting circuit is adequately protected. By preventing excessive current flow, it safeguards wire insulation from melting and potential fire hazards.
This fuse block features a water-resistant design with standard ring or spade type terminals, allowing for straightforward wiring with common tools. It accommodates a wide range of wire sizes and includes three wire plugs to maintain its water-resistant rating when fewer than four loads are connected. The block accepts both ATO and ATC fast-acting blade fuses as well as low profile circuit breakers, making it versatile for various applications.
Additionally, the Blue Sea Fuse Block nests with other ST-Blade water-resistant fuse blocks and 100A bus bars, facilitating organized wiring. It meets ABYC and USCG insulation requirements, ensuring safety and compliance. The cover includes storage for spare fuses and fasteners, although fuses and circuit breakers are sold separately.
