The Bilstein SNS 2 Series Shock Absorber is engineered for motorsports applications, featuring a robust 46 millimeter steel body and innovative base valve technology. This design allows for ultra-low rod pressures, eliminating gas preload and enhancing performance without fading. The shock absorber is modular and racer rebuildable, providing flexibility for customization and maintenance.
With a smooth body screw top and a linear piston, the SNS 2 Series ensures precise fluid control and superior fitment tolerances. The 14 millimeter case hardened stainless steel chrome shaft minimizes seal drag and friction, while also resisting damage from stones and debris. The monotube design with a free floating divider piston maximizes heat transfer, preventing cavitation and ensuring durability under demanding conditions.
This shock absorber is designed to provide superior grip on slick tracks, enhancing the driver's feel for the track. The SNS2-BV design allows for easy disassembly and balancing of the base valve piston, making it a practical choice for serious racers. Upgrade options are available to increase nitrogen chamber capacity, further optimizing performance.
