The Bilstein SNS 2 Series Shock Absorber is engineered for motorsports applications, featuring a robust 46 millimeter steel body and innovative base valve technology. This design allows for ultra-low rod pressures, eliminating gas preload and enhancing performance without fading. The shock absorber is modular and racer rebuildable, providing flexibility for customization and maintenance.
With a smooth body screw top and a linear piston, the SNS 2 Series ensures precise fluid control and superior grip on slick tracks. The monotube design with a free-floating divider piston maximizes heat transfer, preventing cavitation and ensuring durability under demanding conditions. The 14 millimeter case hardened stainless steel chrome shaft minimizes seal drag and resists damage from debris.
This shock absorber is designed to be easily disassembled for tuning and balancing, making it a practical choice for serious racers. The SNS 2 Series is also upgradeable to a big bulb design, allowing for increased nitrogen chamber capacity.
