The Bilstein SN2 Series shock absorber is engineered for high-performance applications, featuring a robust 46 millimeter steel body that ensures durability and reliability. This shock absorber is designed as a dry kit, allowing for custom tuning and assembly to meet specific racing requirements. Its modular design enables easy conversion to coilover use, making it adaptable for various sanctioning body regulations.
The SN2 shock absorber incorporates a smooth zinc plated outer body, which facilitates both standard and coilover applications. It features a 14 millimeter case hardened stainless steel chrome shaft that minimizes seal drag and friction while providing resistance against stone chips and dings. The monotube design with a free floating divider piston enhances heat transfer and dissipation, effectively preventing fading and cavitation during intense use.
Additionally, the shock absorber is equipped with 1/2 inch graphite heims that offer superior rotation with minimal restriction, accommodating most mounting requirements. This single shock absorber is fully universal, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles and applications.
