This cooler utilizes high efficiency Micro Extruded bar technology, which is also found in BD's air-to-air Charge Air Coolers, resulting in 22 percent more cooling capacity compared to traditional designs.

Featuring 200 Micro Extruded passages, this cooler maximizes surface area for effective heat transfer, ensuring optimal cooling through external airflow. The innovative turbulent oil flow design enhances the cooling process, making it suitable for various demanding applications. The unit comes complete with all necessary fittings, clamps, hoses, and hardware for straightforward installation.

Additionally, the build-it-yourself galvanized bracket kit allows for a quicker and cleaner setup, eliminating the need for time-consuming fabrication. With a robust construction of copper and aluminum, this cooler is built to withstand the rigors of heavy use while maintaining a sleek black and silver finish.
