The Banks Power Monster Exhaust System is engineered for the 2017 to 2019 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P 2500/3500 HD pickup trucks. This DPF-back exhaust system features 5 Inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, designed to enhance exhaust flow and reduce backpressure significantly. With a massive patented exhaust tip, this system provides a 192 Percent greater flow area compared to the stock exhaust, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
This exhaust system is constructed from high-quality aluminized steel and includes a high-temp matte black painted stainless steel tip. The design virtually eliminates backpressure after the DPF, resulting in an 85 Percent reduction in backpressure compared to stock systems. Additionally, it offers a 15 Percent reduction in exhaust temperature two feet behind the tip during regeneration, contributing to improved engine performance and fuel economy.
The Banks Power Monster Exhaust System is a single exhaust configuration with a single exit positioned behind the passenger side tire. It is designed without a muffler, producing a rich, throaty sound that enhances the driving experience. This system is easy to install, requiring no welding and includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation.
