The Banks Power Derringer Performance Module is designed to optimize your vehicle's performance through advanced tuning capabilities. This module features up to six adjustable power levels, allowing users to select the desired performance enhancement on-the-fly using the Idash interface. With a simple plug-and-play installation, the Derringer integrates seamlessly with your vehicle's engine sensors and OBD-II diagnostic bus, ensuring real-time communication with the engine's ECM for optimal performance.
The Derringer is dyno calibrated to utilize multiple data inputs, including throttle position, RPM, vehicle speed, and more, to actively and safely adjust calibrations in real-time. This ensures that the module not only enhances power but also maintains engine safety through its ActiveSafety health monitoring circuitry, which checks the system's health 100 times per second. If any issues are detected, the Derringer automatically bypasses itself and returns the vehicle to stock power, providing peace of mind.
With the ability to add up to 61 horsepower and 112 feet-pounds of torque, the Derringer is engineered for performance across the full operating RPM range. Whether merging onto highways or towing heavy loads, users will experience significant improvements in on-ramp merging speeds and overall driving dynamics. The compact housing of the module allows for easy concealment, and it is compatible with other Banks devices for enhanced functionality.
