Compared to the previous AT-Series model, the XT Series operates at lower temperatures, improving efficiency and longevity.
Incorporating Balmar's Smart Ready internal regulator technology, this alternator offers enhanced fault tolerance, making it suitable for cruising boats with large battery banks. The dual fan cooling system ensures high airflow, further optimizing performance. The XT Series is compatible with various mounting styles, including the Vortec design used in many GM gasoline engines, and is intended for use with dual vee or multi-groove serpentine belt configurations.
