The Attwood Hull Mounted Vent is engineered for effective ventilation in marine environments, specifically designed for 4 inch inside diameter ventilation systems utilizing one or more 1348 collector boxes. This vent features a modular construction that allows for interlocking with additional center sections, accommodating various ventilation opening sizes. The plastic material is corrosion-resistant and maintains its color over time, ensuring longevity and reliability in harsh conditions.

Installation is straightforward, as the vent can be fastened as a complete unit from either the interior or exterior of the hull. The design includes a raised water barrier formed by the ventilation hose, which is not included. This vent meets the ABYC H-2 cross sectional area requirements, making it suitable for both intake and exhaust applications.

End sections interlock seamlessly with the center section, providing a polished and finished look. Each end section is equipped with two holes for number 8 fasteners, ensuring secure attachment.
