The ARB Soft Connect Shackle is designed for safe recovery operations, featuring a 1/2 inch diameter made from CE certified high tensile UHMWPE synthetic rope. With a breaking strength of 14.5 tons, this shackle is engineered to float in water and is resistant to short-term UV radiation, ensuring durability in various conditions. The braided shield enhances abrasion resistance, protecting the rope from cuts and wear during use. This shackle is suitable for vehicles up to 3.5 tons GVM and acts as a safety fuse, breaking before any metal components, thus reducing the risk of flying projectiles during recovery. The included drawstring carry bag allows for easy storage and protection when not in use.
