Constructed from 4mm laser cut, multi-folded, and pulse-welded sheet steel, the slider offers significant strength while maintaining a lightweight profile.
The innovative design features chassis-mounted body mounts that enhance load distribution along the vehicle sills. The curved profile of the slider aligns with the vehicle's shape, ensuring a seamless fit. Additionally, the sill plate is made from 3mm laser cut and folded sheet steel, equipped with M6 nutserts and M6 buttonhead zinc-plated torx bolts for secure mounting.
