This leaf spring features a draw tapered and diamond cut design, which ensures that the load is distributed over a larger surface area, effectively reducing high stresses at the leaf ends. Each leaf spring is fully scragged and load tested, ensuring a permanent set that minimizes the risk of sagging over time.
