APR's Supercharger Drive Pulley Upgrade is designed to significantly enhance engine performance by increasing the rotational speed of the factory supercharger. By reducing the diameter of the factory pulley from 63.25 to 57.75 millimeters, this upgrade allows the supercharger to spin 9.5 percent faster, resulting in substantial gains in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. The pulley is precision CNC machined from high-quality billet stainless steel and features a black anodized finish for a factory-like appearance.
This upgrade is compatible with APR's Stage II Pulley ECU Upgrade, which adjusts engine management settings to accommodate the increased supercharger speeds. This combination enables the engine to produce more power efficiently. The APR Supercharger Drive Pulley is sold separately, allowing users to customize their performance upgrades according to their needs. When paired with APR's Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade in a dual pulley setup, the system minimizes power robbing inlet restrictions, unlocking even greater performance potential.
The installation of the APR Supercharger Drive Pulley is straightforward, as it is press-fitted to the factory supercharger. This ensures a secure fit and reliable operation.
